This next meeting will be the most important one of the year, as far as finding out how we are doing and what we have left to do!
The Public Service Announcements (PSA’s) are being aired on every radio station both English and Spanish in the Valley, the water drive is on KSHP Radio for the next two weeks and we have a lot accomplished but are by no means “ready”!
Our next meeting is this Thursday, August 16th 8:30 am at the Poker Palace.
If you are a Committee Chair, please plan on attending and if you are unable, please send someone with an outline of what you have in place.
We will start at 8:30 promptly so we can get a report from everyone. Breakfast will be ready and out by 8:00 so if you want to come early and get your breakfast, we can get down to business.
Each and every one of you are an important component to make this event a success. That success being that we honor our guests in the best and most dignified kind of way……
