LAS VEGAS (July 9, 2018) – Senior Care Plus, the Medicare Advantage plan from Hometown Health, is teaming up with P3 Health Partners to bring its 4.5-star rated Medicare Advantage plan to Medicare eligible residents of Clark and Nye counties. This announcement means Clark and Nye county Medicare recipients will have new health care choices beginning January 1, 2019 and can select Senior Care Plus as their Medicare Advantage plan during the upcoming annual enrollment period, October 15 – December 7, 2018.

Senior Care Plus will announce their 2019 Medicare Advantage plan offerings for Clark and Nye counties later this year. New Senior Care Plus members can expect competitive benefit options, exceptional customer service, and experienced care management. The launch of Senior Care Plus is the latest in Hometown Health’s expansion into southern Nevada.
