April 20, 2024: 15th Annual Pig Out

The Veterans Transition Resource Center of Southern Nevada will be hosting the 15th Annual Pigout at The Fraternal Order of Eagles located at 310 W Pacific Ave, Henderson, NV 89015.

March 2, 2024: Gardnerville, NV

The Veterans Transition Resource Center of Northern Nevada proudly presents our 4th Annual VTRC HEROES event. This is a charitable event that celebrates our nation’s heroes. Our annual event will be on March 30, 2024 from 5:30 – 9:00 pm at the Carson Valley Inn, 1627 Hwy 395 N, Minden, NV 89423. We will have live entertainment, food, raffle prizes, and more! Proceeds will benefit the Veterans Transition Resource Center Northern Nevada (VTRC) along with 2 other worthy foundations in the veteran community. We are an organization made up of 100% volunteers and we collaborate with other organizations with the same intention. Our event will also inform our local community how their donations are being used and why their support is so important and appreciated.

December 20, 2023: Quilt of Valor, Carson City

The Veterans Transition Resource Center of Northern Nevada and the QOV Comstock Lode Quilters posthumously present a Quilt of Valor for sharpshooter and Vietnam Veteran Daniel H. Thornton.

Please join us as we present the Quilt of Valor to his family at Carson City Nissan, located at 2750 S Carson St, Carson City, NV 89701 at 1:30 p.m.

The Veterans Transition Resource Center of Northern Nevada proudly presents our Adopt-A-Hero For The Holidays sponsorship.

The VTRC of Northern Nevada needs the generosity of our community to support our local heroes this holiday season. Your kind donation will go towards the purchase of prepaid Visa/Mastercard and other store gift cards for grocery and gift items this holiday season.
